The Italian Princess Story
After meeting in 2010, husband and wife, Brenton and Rose, immediately connected through their love for cooking, baking, and Italy. Both, being of Italian heritage, knew that one day they would leave their corporate retail jobs to follow their dream of owning their own business and bringing a piece of Italy, part of their families, and their love of cooking to that business one day. In 2024, the Italian Princess Bakery and Deli aims to bring the traditions of Southern Italy mixed with a bit of NY flair to Palm Bay, FL. From authentic NY style hand rolled bagels to traditional Italian cuisine and baked goods, we hope to bring you a piece of Italy right here in Palm Bay!
